WHITE DRY WINES ...

Our Sauvignon Blanc vines are planted in limestone (soil and subsoil) terroirs in the village of Bué. The soil is worked. Known locally as “caillottes”, this type of terroir lends great finesse, purity and precision to the wine. Most of our Sauvignon Blanc vines were planted in the 1960s. The whites are long on the palate with a great deal of minerality.
