RED WINES ...

Our Pinot Noir vines grow in clay-limestone soil (limestone subsoil). This type of terroir lends considerable depth and complexity. Cover crops are grown between the rows of vines. Yields are strictly monitored and the grapes are sorted very carefully. Our average yield for Pinot Noir is 32hl/ha. The vines are also very old, with an average age of 40 years. The reds are powerful with fine texture and lots of fruit and freshness.
